{MY ROLE}I served as both art director and senior producer on this product. So in addition to overseeing a staff of both 2D & 3D artists, texture artists, 3D Animators, and l C++ engineers, I also managed client (Disney) relationship, budget and contract negotiations.

The game was created simultaneously with the movie production, and had a co-release date. The assets and story were heavily guarded, so it was a challenge to develop. For that reason, many of the newer characters like Zurg, Jessie and the Prospector, did not appear in the game at much length.
