{MY ROLE} When I became the head of development at Encore, the company had largely been a retail “on the shelf” PC/Mac game and productivity publisher. I developed a strategy to launch them into the streaming and App market. My team brainstormed with marketing to use existing IP that could be ported or newly developed on these new platforms. Tasks included vetting potential App development studios, negotiating contracts, monitoring milestone submissions, and overseeing my team of producers, artists, designers and QA that managed the day to development process.
